things I need to get motivated about

Thursday Thirteen is a weekly meme with a simple theme: each Thursday you blog a list of 13 things. What kind of things? Any kind! Just come up with a list theme and run with it.
1. exercising - earlier this year I started exercising for the first time in my life and i felt great, where did that go...
2. finding a new job - I'm beyond discouraged and I won't settle for something that I won't love
3. socializing - I used to be very outgoing, now I dread it a little...what happened?
4. finishing this book I'm reading
5. going to the dentist - I'm too embarrassed to say how long it's been
6. changing my party affiliation - I've decided to go independent, I blame our current government for that
7. visiting my friends out of town - I miss them, I've not been there for them like I would have liked to be over the years. I hope they still know how much they all mean to me.
8. learning to swim - or...learning to not be down right terrified of the water
9. dating - just so I can get invited to the couples parties!
10. pit bull rescue - I need to get one of the current NC groups started up in this area, there aren't a lot of rescue options here for pit bulls
11. deciding whether or not to go back to school - I'd love another degree and I miss learning
12. take advantage of the different meet up groups around town that cater to my interests - working on that this weekend by going to meet some cool ladies who just like to hang out and consume adult beverages for fun
13. Liking myself - I've an overly harsh self-critic, it's probably the root of most of my problems and the reason I have a list of 13 things I need to get motivated about...hmm, philisophical much?!?!
